Prior to joining Centaurus, Mr. Sager was most recently a Program Manager at Owner Services, Inc.  Mr. Sager oversaw the the owner's interest from project inception to final close-out on over $75 million worth of development.  His experience spans a wide variety of project types, including public libraries, student housing, commercial office buildings, and historic preservation.  These projects typically involved multiple stakeholders ranging from private investors, public entities, 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations, and other forms of public private partnerships.   Mr. Sager's reputation for solving difficult problems in a fair, direct, and effective manner has brought him high praise from clients and team members alike.

Prior to his tenure at Owner Services, Mr. Sager worked at Gensler in both their Washington DC and Chicago offices, solving strategic real estate planning problems for corporate and government clients, focused on financial and operational considerations with a particular concentration on financial analysis and project management.  His work included directing comprehensive studies for the General Services Administration.

Mr. Sager is a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology and the University of San Diego.
